Our Classes

  • Yoga is a mind and body practice used to reduce stress, build strength and flexibility, and manage pain using posture, simple movements, breathing and meditation.

  • A great workout for those looking to get moving! With the incorporation of some dumbbells, Boot Camp with Denise is great for those looking to get their heart rate up and use some strength!

  • An indoor cycling class that focuses on building endurance and strength through intervals of intensity and recovery.

  • Come move your body with Chicken Joe! This class incorporates movements that are both low-impact, high intensity and LOTS of fun!

  • Those with Silver Sneakers or Renew Active insurance can use this class for free! With the use of dumbbells and some other light free weights this is a great class to take for those who may be a little older but still want to stay active.

  • This is a high-intensity class that incorporates both weight training and cardio. Abby runs you through 4 unique circuits using bodyweight movements, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, and kettlebells. Bring your water!
